The Experience
Enjoy the relaxing and revitalising powers of an aromatherapy massage with Golden Moments! This therapy uses essential oils extracted from flowers, plants and seeds to ease tension and improve overall physical and mental well being.
Your experience starts with a consultation by a trained therapist who determines your specific needs. This is followed by a massage which can be soothing and uplifting as the essential oils and their wonderful aromas work their magic. Aromatherapy uses different oils and scents to heal the body, in combination with a massage. Certain oils help relieve particular ailments, whether emotionally-based or physical in nature, such as skin conditions.
Vital information
There is a minimum age of 16 and some therapists only accept women. Inform us in advance if you are (or have recently been) pregnant or have any medical conditions, as this dictates your suitability for massage and determines the oils used. Please shower at home before your massage. There is a health consultation prior to the massage, you may be asked to divulge personal information. If you are receiving treatment for an illness it is recommended that you consult your GP prior to treatment.
The Weather
All aromatherapy massage sessions are inside. You will have an ultimate relaxation experience whatever the weather.
Session length
The massage will last approximately 90 minutes. You may want to rest for a short while afterwards before driving, as you will be very relaxed.
Numbers
Naturally this is a one to one session, just you and your therapist.
Spectators
Spectators are not welcome at this experience but if you are under 18 you may be accompanied by an adult.
What To Wear
You will be wrapped in towels during your massage. You can wear underwear if you would prefer not to be naked (at some venues you may be asked to keep your underwear on).
Availability
You can generally take your aromatherapy on your choice of date, subject to availability. The opening hours are Mon-Fri 2-8pm, Sat 10am-4pm.
